In this video, Dr. Berg talks about research studies and their dirty little secrets. There are several really big problems in the area of research.

1. Industry Sponsored studies always seem to be positive.
- They had the option to publish what they wanted, omit studies that didn’t come out that good or certain studies that gave side effects to make it look really good.
- US Department of Health New Rule in 2005 – Register all their data.
2. Run in Period – It allows the study to extract and delete the first 6 weeks of data based on noncompliance (side effects).
3. Over 1 million articles published since 1946 regarding diet-health used questionnaire – memory-based methods.
